These Website Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) explain the obligations of Darbi Accessories Ltd (referred to in these Terms as “we”, “us” or “our”) as a New Zealand distributor of REV’IT! and your obligations as a Customer (“you” or “your”). Please ensure that you have read them carefully. By continuing to use our website you demonstrate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please note that we may change these T&Cs at any time and without notice, and which are effective upon posting on this website. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use the REV’IT! New Zealand website.

Pricing
All prices shown on our website are listed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to change or alter any prices at any time, for any reason.

All intellectual property on this website including all copyright and trademarks is owned by us or our content suppliers. Any unauthorised use of any of our intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
 
Use of our Website
While every effort has been made to provide the most accurate information, we advise that information provided on our website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We make no representation whatsoever about any other website which you may access via our website.

  • To be able to contact you with general or personalised product-related notices and promotional messages, via your subscription details on our website (if you opt-in to the REV’IT! CLUB subscription option);

How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?
This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 
We will not sell, trade or in any way make your personal information available to any other party for any purpose whatsoever, except as outlined above.
